Unfortunately there's a problem...


Telephone conversation involving a complaint:
Tao Loon Company (Sales office) Person1        
Berraondo S.A. Person 2  

 

-Person 1: Tao Loon Company, this is Dianne speaking

-Person 2: Hello, my name is Berraondo S.A.

-Person 1: How may I help you?

-Person 2: There seems to be a problem with the order HF5618 for 20 printers.  Only 17 have arrived.

-Person 1: I am really sorry sir; I will check the order and take action right away.

-Person 2: It’s the second time I’ve had this problem.

-Person 1: There may be a possible error in order administration.

-Person 2: I agree, I need the other three printers immediately. Delays are costing me goodwill and unhappy clients.

-Person 1: There have been some stock problems in the company.

-Person 2:  Could you tell me exactly when the other three printers are delivered? I need them as soon as possible.

-Person 1: Next Monday it can be delivered.

-Person 2: Next Monday?! But I need them now!

-Person 1: I’m really sorry sir, that’s not possible.

-Person 2: Ok, can you give me an e-mail to confirm the dispatch?

-Person 1: Of course the e-mail is taolooncompany@gmail.com, I’m sorry about the delay.  Have a nice day!
